Lena Sarda is a visual artist, expressive arts facilitator, educator and speaker. She holds a PhD and MSW from the University of Toronto, and has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of creativity, education and health and wellness.Her path brought together two deep passions - visual art and the transformative power of creative expression. That convergence became the foundation for her work leading workshops, retreats and team-building experiences for corporate organizations, institutions and community groups across Canada and internationally.She works across a range of modalities and specializes in bespoke creative experiences, including expressive arts, wellness workshops, retreats and corporate team building, as well as paint and sip events - always designed around the people in the room.Lena's approach is rooted in the belief that creativity is for everyone.
